Having qualified in 2000 Daniel worked at Speechly Bircham before taking partnership at the international law firm K&L Gates in 2008. Prior to founding Osborne & Wise he was also an equity partner at Fladgate. Daniel is dual qualified as both a barrister and a solicitor and works as an employment law specialist with employers and employees across all market sectors. He also acts as a trusted advisor to a number of SMEs and entrepreneurs, bringing together specialists from niche firms in other legal areas.
Daniel Wise is a Senior Partner and Compliance Officer and deals with all Regulatory issues on behalf of the firm. Further details of our regulatory obligations can be found here.
Daniel is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and writes regularly for publications including the Times newspaper. He was also recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the international charity the Theodora Children’s Trust.
